1/4 cup 2% milk = 1

Snack:
1 slice Amish friendship bread = 3
Exercise:
1/2 hour Yoga Burn = -1
Lunch:
Romaine lettuce, tomatoes and cucumbers = 0
2 slices ham = 1
.5 oz shredded cheese = 1
fat free dressing = 0
Sub-total: 2
Snack:
6 Oreos = 8
1 cup 2% milk = 2
Sub-total: 10
Exercise:
45 min Winsor Pilates = -1
Dinner:
1 cup chili = 6
.5 oz shredded cheese = 1
1 slice Amish friendship bread = 3
Sub-total: 10
TOTAL: 30 - 2 = 28
