Breakfast:

1 slice low fat banana bread = 3

Lunch:
1 apple = 1
carrot sticks = 0

Exercise:
1 hour - Denise Austin Pilates for Everybody

Dinner:
3" ham & turkey club = 5
3" pastrami reuben = 7

TOTAL = 18 points
