Lunch:
6" Subway Club sandwich with light mayo and cheese = 10

Snack:
2 chocolate pieces = 2

Dinner:
2 fried eggs = 4
3 slices ham = 1
1 English muffin = 2
sprinkle of shredded cheese = 1
Sub-total: 8

TOTAL: 24 - 2 = 22
